Admins: Managing your account, branding, and billing

To update any account, branding, or billing information, head on over to the settings page by clicking "Settings" in the sidebar navigation:

Updating your user settings

You can update your name, phone number, profile picture,reply-to address, and email signature here. To learn more about our email features, read our article on emailing college coaches.

Change any information and click "Save" to update your information.

Updating your account settings (clubs, high schools, and teams)

Below your user settings, you can update your account name, sport, display name, and logo that shows on your athlete and team profiles:

Your logo will show next to your team name on team profiles:

Your logo will show next to the athlete's profile picture on athlete profiles:

Updating your account and branding settings (recruiting agencies)

Below your user settings, you can update your account name, sport, display name, brand colors, logos that show on your athlete and team profiles, and more:

In the example above, the account is a made-up business called Prospex.

Account information field definitions:

Account Name: used in emails, browser tab, and other places that you would typically see "ProductiveRecruit"
Primary Brand Color: used across the platform for most buttons and other elements. Also used as the primary gradient color on team and player profile headers
Secondary Brand Color: used as the second gradient color on team and player profile headers. Make this the same as the primary if you don't like the look of two different colors on your profile headers.
Small Account Logo: Used for the small navigation sidebar (colleges tab) and to show on printable team pdfs, online profiles, and social preview images
Large Account Logo: Used as the primary logo to show in the top left of the platform's sidebar and at the top left of team and player profiles
Account Favicon: Used to set the little logo you see in the browser tab
Social Image Text color: Set to black if your primary color is lighter and set to white if your primary background color is dark. This is what the text color will be on social preview images.
Branded Athlete Login Page: This is the login URL you can add to your site where athletes can log in. This will have your logo and brand color.

Managing your billing

To manage billing go to the setting page and click the "billing" tab. From here you will be taken to the billing portal where you can update your plan, billing cycle, and credit card. You can also review invoices and cancel your subscription.
