How to create and manage teams
If you have a club, high school, or recruiting service account, you can create teams to organize your athletes on the platform.
Use cases for teams:
- Create specific prospect lists for college coaches (i.e., "2024 Center Mids"). This is a common use case for Recruiting Services.
- Create team brochures for your club or high school team that you can share online or print out as a PDF for a match or showcase. This is a common use case for clubs and high schools.
You can create as many teams as you want, and athletes can be added to multiple teams. Note: if you are signed up as an individual team account, you will be limited to one team.

This is useful for sending prospect lists to college coaches that fit a specific college's needs. Once you're on a team info page, you can update the level of play for a recruit with the "Level of Play" dropdown:
This field is entirely optional. This will show up on online team profiles like this:

How to download the team profile as a PDF brochure
In order to download the team profile as a PDF brochure, click "Download" from the team info page:
You will get a success message that the download has been initiated, and the PDF will be downloaded to your device. Here is what an example looks like:
Club and high school accounts will see the ProductiveRecruit logo next to their own. We also include a team profile QR code and QR codes for all individual player profiles. We list essential information for each athlete, along with a section for college coaches to take notes. Ten players will be on each page.
We will include the extra admin contact info at the bottom of each page.
Recruiting service accounts will have their logo next to their sub-account's logo (if the profile is for a club or high school). See this example where our made up recruiting service Prospex is working with a made-up club Chicago FC:
We see the Prospex logo next to the Chicago FC logo. The background color is set to its primary brand color on the settings page.
