How to Manage Billing

Athletes

As an athlete account, you can always upgrade to pro, or manage your billing right inside the app.

How to subscribe to Pro

  1. Go to https://app.productiverecruit.com/billing/upgrade and select your plan
  2. Follow the checkout flow
  3. Once the payment is processed you will be redirected back to the app and have access to all features

How to manage billing

  1. Go to https://app.productiverecruit.com/user/settings and scroll to the bottom of the page
  2. Click "Manage Plan"
  3. You will be taken to the billing portal where you can do the following:
    1. Update your Credit Card
    2. Update your plan term (monthly or annually)
    3. Cancel your subscription
    4. Resume a canceled subscription
