How does reseller pricing work?

The Reseller Partner Program allows you to purchase multiple ProductiveRecruit accounts at a discount and resell them for a profit with your additional value-added services. ProductiveRecruit offers resellers two account types to resell: athlete pro and organization. See our pricing page for the most up-to-date prices.

Reseller Partners have a single billing account and are billed either monthly or yearly per paid, active resold account. As you add more active, paid resold accounts to your reseller account, the cost of each account goes down.

For example, if you have only one account in your reseller account, you will be charged the full list price. Once you add a second account, you will activate the next discount tier.

In addition:

  • 2-24 accounts receive a 25% discount
  • 25-49 accounts receive a 35% discount
  • 50-99 accounts receive a 45% discount
  • 100+ accounts receive a 55% discount

How are my clients billed?

ProductiveRecruit does not bill your resold clients. As a reseller, you are responsible for setting up your own pricing structure and collecting payments from your clients. This means that you can resell accounts for more than the list price, especially if you are providing additional value, such as college recruiting advisory services, and more. 

As a reseller, you are responsible for setting up invoicing for any additional services you provide outside of ProductiveRecruit.

Resellers are expected to own the client experience for all resold and commissioned accounts under their reseller account. This includes lead generation, sales, onboarding, and account management of client accounts.
