Internal Athlete Profile

The internal athlete profile is your central hub for reviewing and managing individual athletes within ProductiveRecruit. This view is only accessible to administrators — such as directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches — and is not visible to college coaches.

Overview

At the top of the profile, you'll see:

  • Athlete Name and Photo – You can click the athlete’s photo to upload or change their profile picture.
  • Grad Year, Sport, and Status – Helpful tags to quickly understand the athlete's context.
  • Email – The athlete’s contact email.
  • Team(s) – Any teams this athlete is assigned to within your organization.

Actions Menu

From the Actions button at the top right, admins can:

  • Edit name and email
  • Add a task
  • Add a college note
  • Add a college recommendation for the athlete
  • Assign team(s) the athlete belongs to
  • Resend invite to join ProductiveRecruit
  • Impersonate the athlete to view and use the app as them

This makes it easy to manage athlete info, communication, and team structure.

Key Stats

Admins can view key recruiting metrics for the selected time period (defaults to the last 30 days):

  • Emails Sent
  • Programs Contacted
  • Profile Views
  • Tasks Completed

These metrics help you track engagement and recruiting progress at a glance.

Recent Activity

On the right side of the profile, you’ll see a timeline of recent recruiting activity—such as emails sent, list changes, notes added, and more. This helps admins stay informed on what actions the athlete (or admin) has taken recently.

Profile Link

You can copy the athlete’s public recruiting profile link and share it directly with college coaches. This is the same profile coaches will see when viewing an athlete.

Internal Notes

Admins can save private internal notes about an athlete, such as:

“She is very interested in UCLA.”

“Needs to finalize highlight video before August.”

These notes are only visible to you. Other admins in your organization can keep separate private notes for each athlete.
