Tracking Activity
The Space Activity page provides a comprehensive, real-time log of all recruiting activity performed by athletes within a specific space. This centralized view helps club admins, recruiting coordinators, and coaches track progress and engagement across all athletes under their management.
What You Can See:
Each row in the activity feed includes:
- Performed By: The athlete who completed the action.
- College: The program the activity was associated with.
- Type: A categorized label for the action (e.g. Email Sent, List Changed).
- Detail: A brief explanation of what happened.
- Date: A timestamp showing when the action occurred.
You can also filter by activity type to quickly find relevant actions.
Activity Type Reference Table:

| Added Note | A note was added about a college. |
| Completed Task | A task was marked as done. |
| Email Sent | An email was sent to a college coach. |
| Email Opened | The coach opened the email. |
| Email Link Clicked | The coach clicked a link in the email. |
| Profile Viewed | The coach viewed the athlete’s profile. |
| Status Changed | A college’s status was updated (e.g. "In Contact"). |
| Added to List | A college was added to their target list |
| Removed from List | A college was removed from their target list. |
| Campus Visit | A visit to the college campus was logged. |
| List Changed | A college was moved between custom lists. |
| Profile Video Viewed | A coach watched a video on the athlete’s profile. |
| Committed to Program | The athlete marked themselves as committed to a program. |
