Connecting your Gmail account to ProductiveRecruit allows you to send college recruiting emails directly from your personal email address—without ever leaving the platform. This is the recommended option because college coaches are much more likely to open and respond to emails sent from a public email domain like Gmail.
By integrating with Gmail, you can streamline your outreach, personalize your communication, and maintain better visibility into what’s been sent and opened—all while building trust with coaches from the very first message.

Step-by-step Guide
1. Click Continue with Google to start connecting your Gmail account for email integration.
2. Click Continue to proceed with signing in to ProductiveRecruit using your Google account.
3. Click Allow to grant ProductiveRecruit access and enable Gmail email functionality.
4. All set! You can now email college coaches directly from your gmail account
How to change or disconnect your Gmail account from ProductiveRecruit
To disconnect your Gmail account, just click "Delete email account" at the bottom of the setup page. After that, you can either switch to using your internal ProductiveRecruit email address or connect a different Gmail account.
