Our college profiles give you everything you need to research and stay organized with a specific college program. From key details and coaching staff to tasks, notes, and outreach tools—you’ll have it all in one place.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you a full snapshot of a college program—all in one place. It’s your go-to hub for essential info to help guide your recruiting and research efforts. Here's what you can expect:

ℹ️ Note: Some data may be missing for som programs. Data is only shown when the school provides the information.

Program Overview

This section includes the core information about the college team, including:

  • Division (e.g. NCAA D1, D2, NAIA, etc.)
  • Conference the program competes in
  • Links to the team website, recruiting questionnaire, and social profiles such as Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook

These links are helpful for learning more about the program and completing key recruiting actions like filling out the questionnaire.


Coaching Staff

Here you’ll find the current staff listed for the program, including the head coach, assistant coaches, and occasionally other staff members such as the recruiting coordinator or director of operations.

Each coach card shows name, email address, and social media handles (when available).

  • We update this staff data monthly to keep it accurate.
  • You can also add your own additional contacts, like recruiting coordinators or assistant coaches you've personally connected with.

School Profile

This section includes general academic and structural data about the college:

  • Graduation Rate and Retention Rate
  • Student-to-Faculty Ratio
  • Percentage of Full-Time Students

These details help you understand how students experience and persist through college life.

Admissions

View key stats that give you a sense of how competitive a school is:

  • Average GPA of admitted students
  • SAT/ACT Score Requirements (if reported)
  • Acceptance Rate
  • Test Requirements (e.g. if SAT/ACT are optional or recommended)

This helps you see if a school is a potential academic fit.

Financial Overview

Get a feel for affordability with real financial stats:

  • Average Annual Cost after aid
  • Percentage of students receiving federal loans
  • Median total debt after graduation
  • Typical monthly loan payment
  • Median earnings after graduation

These figures give you a realistic look at cost and outcomes.

Campus Diversity

See the breakdown of the student and faculty body by demographic groups. This includes:

  • Race and ethnicity percentages
  • Non-resident and unknown categories
  • Faculty representation alongside student data

It’s a great way to understand the community you may be joining.

Similar Programs

At the bottom of the Overview tab, we surface other college programs that may be a good match, helping you discover schools you might not have thought to consider.

Majors Tab

The Majors tab gives you a detailed look at the academic programs offered at the school, helping you explore your options based on interests and outcomes. You can search by keyword and compare programs side-by-side.

Each major includes:

  • Major Name – the field of study
  • # of Graduates – how many students completed that major most recently
  • Median Annual Earnings – the typical income of graduates 2 years after graduation

ℹ️ Note: The number of graduates and earnings data may not be available for every major. These figures are only shown when the school provides the information.

Emails Tab

The Emails tab helps you manage and track your outreach to college programs, all in one place. You can write, send, and view the status of every email sent to a program's staff.

Key features include:

  • Compose Button – easily draft and send personalized emails to coaches
  • Subject & Status – see which emails were sent and whether they were opened
  • Sent & Open Timestamps – track when emails were delivered and last opened
  • Search & Filters – quickly find specific messages by subject or status

Use this tab to stay on top of your communication and measure your outreach activity with each school.

Notes Tab

The Notes tab is the perfect place to record your personal interactions, thoughts, or reminders about a college program. Whether you had a phone call with a coach, attended a camp, or want to jot down general impressions, this is where you can keep track.

When creating a note, you can:

  • Choose a Type – categorize your note (e.g. Standard, Call)
  • Write Rich Text – use bold, italics, lists, and formatting to make your notes clear
  • Pin a Note – check the “Pin note” box to keep it highlighted at the top of your list
  • Track History – all notes include a timestamp and author so you can stay organized over time

Use this tab to stay on top of your recruiting journey and never forget a key detail.

Tasks Tab

The Tasks tab helps you stay organized by keeping track of important actions related to each college program. Whether it’s following up after a camp or sending a coach an email, tasks ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

You can:

  • Create tasks with a description and due date
  • Mark tasks as completed to track your progress
  • Search and filter tasks to stay on top of what’s done and what’s still pending
  • View who created each task—great for athletes, parents, or coaches collaborating on recruiting

Use this tab to build momentum and manage your recruiting efforts with clarity and consistency.

Activity Tab

The Activity tab gives you a complete timeline of every interaction you’ve had with a specific college program. It helps you keep track of your outreach, engagement, and follow-up in one organized place.

You’ll see a list of actions that show:

  • Who performed the activity
  • What type of activity it was
  • A short description
  • When it occurred

You can also filter by activity type to zero in on what matters most.


Activity types include:

  • Added Note – You saved a personal note about the program
  • Completed Task – You finished a scheduled task
  • Email Sent – You sent an email to a coach or staff member
  • Email Opened – Your email was opened
  • Email Link Clicked – A coach clicked a link inside your email
  • Profile Viewed – A coach viewed your recruiting profile
  • Status Changed – You changed your interest level (e.g. “Interested”)
  • Added to List / Removed from List – You added or removed the school from your target list
  • Campus Visit – You logged an in-person visit to the college
  • List Changed – A school was moved between lists
  • Profile Video View – A coach watched a video on your profile
  • Committed to Program – You marked your official college commitment

This tab is perfect for staying accountable and seeing which schools are actively engaging with your recruiting journey.
