How to set an email signature

How to setup your email signature in productive recruit in less than a minute

Having an email signature is a great way to provide some more information about yourself at the bottom of every email to college coaches. Be sure to include your name, position, grad year and contact information. Productive Recruit automatically creates your signature when you sign up, but you will need to edit this to customize it to your needs.

Steps to update your email signature

  1. Navigate to the settings page.
  2. Edit the email signature text box using our rich text editor which allows you to format text, add links, and more.
  3. Click the save button and you're all set!
